Amanda Dunne - Realise your dream winner 2005

Amanda Dunne is a 24-year-old art director at Cooee Advertising in Brisbane.

Despite her youth, Amanda has won a number of awards for her work including three gold awards at the 2003 Cream Awards and silver and bronze awards at the 2003 Brisbane Art Directors Awards.

She has also been a finalist at AWARD Awards, Australia’s premier advertising industry creative awards in 2004 and was a finalist in the Young Cannes Creative Competition in 2005.

Amanda’s dream is to work alongside the world’s best creative talents. She says: "I have a strong conscience and dream of making a difference. I’m driven to embrace every challenge and opportunity that one of the world’s largest advertising markets has to offer. I look forward to further advancing my conceptual and crafting skills. I have very clear goals that I’d aim to achieve to make the most of such an experience."

Amanda will on a placement with Beattie McGuiness (creators of the fcuk brand) for the first three weeks in April followed by a two-month placement with Naked (an advertising firm specialising in guerrilla marketing). Other placements are to be confirmed.
