This month GIRL.com.au put the SPORTS spotlight on Melbourne Tigers' basketball player - Andrew Gaze.
ANDREW GAZE a four times Olympian, is no stranger to International competition. At present, he stands as the second all-time leading scorer at the World Championships behind another great scoring machine - Oscar Schmidt. But this player has proved that he is much more than a top scorer. His talent as a team player and innate understanding of the game, ensure his popularity with Tiger fans and players alike.
Not content with just playing in the NBL, Gaze has also tried his hand at the NBA. His first taste of NBA life came when he tried out for Seattle and then in 1994 he played for the Washington Bullets.
