Icecream Hands New CD - It’s Live, Acoustic

After launching their new album "The Good China" in May, Icecream Hands return with an EP featuring the second single from the album "Come Along". The EP also features three previously unreleased tracks from the album sessions which will quickly become must have additions to fans' collections.

"The Good China" has received almost universal praise as a return to form for one of Melbourne's most enduring and loved indie pop groups after over a decade of producing classic albums such as "Memory Lane Traffic Jam", "Sweeter Than The Radio" and "Broken UFO", and the ensuing Aria nominations, TV performances, Big Day Out tours and appearances at SXSW.

Finding kindred spirits in the form of local engineering whiz kid Jimi Maroudas, and their long time producer of choice, the notorious East Van Parks, plus a new label in Dust Devil Music, the band reconvened at Sing Sing studios in late January this year determined to deliver what has been regarded by those in the know as the best set of songs of their career. Featuring a swag of instant classics, "The Good China" shows a depth to the band that continues to be proven with the "Come Along" EP.
