Food - yeah lov that topic
For low fat I go for veg sticks (carrot, celery, capsicum) with or without a dip like salsa or very very low fat cream cheese. Rice cakes, and rice crackers. Nuts & dried fruit (If you don't have a nut allergy).
Umm what else? Fresh fruit (very easy!) low fat yoghurt
Hows that for a start? |

I like to make a fresh smoothie for a snack, with loads of fruit, and yoghurt and skim milk, and add in flavour using honey or cinnamon...mmmmmmmmmmm!
I also snack on fruit bars, carrot and celery sticks with hummus, almonds and dried fruit, low-fat yoghurt and cheese and always loads of fruit..
YUM YUM!

So agree! Luv luv luv smoothies!
Have some protein with things like rice crackers or corn thins as the protein will help to keep you full. |

I've just started adding salad to every meal as well as having dips as a snack with veggies sticks (carrot or celery)
For breakfast I've been mixing my museli with yoghurt!
I don't feel as if I am missing out because the food is delicious! |
