The new ABC TV drama series My Place is the story of several generations of children who live in the very same spot in Australia over the course of 130 years. Opening in 2008 and taking us back to 1888, the series introduces us to 13 kids, all with a talent for some kind of trouble, each hiding up the same old fig tree, each with a story to tell.

At the end of each school day when the teachers and students have all gone home, Linny the Guinea Pig, Ming-Ming Duckling and Turtle Tuck become The Wonder Pets! In every story, The Wonder Pets! receive a call on a tin-can phone in their classroom from a baby animal who needs their help. The trio quickly assemble their Flyboat, made from a collection of classroom toys and travel together across oceans, into space, and even back in time to save animals in distress. Like real preschoolers, The Wonder Pets! have no actual super powers, but they work together as a team to overcome adversity and achieve great success.

Ming Ming, Linny and Tuck aka The Wonder Pets are on summer holidays and they rescue a young circus lion named Cubby from falling off a circus train. The Penguin Ringmaster is so impressed with the Wonder Pets that he offers them all jobs at the circus! But there is one catch - the team will have to split up and do separate acts! Linny is unsure but accepts the offer when she sees how much it means to Tuck and Ming-Ming. When Cubby and his friends Baby Panda and Baby Monkey get caught on the high wire, the Wonder Pets reunite to rescue them. In the end, the Wonder Pets decide to return to their classroom, where they can be a team again and rescue animals in trouble.
