Visitors to the Esplanade at Warner s Bay can pair premium Hunter Valley Wine from 15 top wineries including Pepper Tree Wines, De Bortoli Wines, Bimbadgen Estate, Brokenwood and Audrey Wilkinson with produce from the region spanning Hunter Valley Cheese Company, Port Stephens Oysters, Pukara Estate and Morpeth Sourdough.

Famous Hunter restaurants The Verandah and The Cellar will set up kitchen for the day serving mouth-watering treats including Classic Spanish Paella with chicken, chorizo, calamari, prawns and saffron aioli; Cumin & cayenne baby calamari with lime aioli; and Lemon curd tart with strawberry compote.
Hunter Uncorked at Warner s Bay will be a great way to sample the best of the best wines, meet their makers and stock up the cellar with latest releases, museum treasures, sparkling and dessert style wines, and fill the pantry with mouth watering gourmet cheeses, sourdough breads, olive oils and oysters.

Live music, fair activities, market stalls and children s amusements will keep families entertained throughout the whole day.
