2014 Easter School Holiday Fun at Eumundi Markets

Hop along to Eumundi Markets in the upcoming Easter school holidays for an Easter Treasure Hunt, art and craft, pony rides, and more!

Market Manager Peter Homan says a highlight for many children visiting the markets is the annual Easter Treasure Hunt, taking place on Easter Saturday April 19.

Crafty kids visiting Eumundi Markets over the school holidays will also have the opportunity to get creative by taking part in kids craft workshops on Saturday 5 April, Wednesday 9 April, Saturday 12 April, Wednesday 16 April, and Saturday 19 April (Easter Saturday).

The workshops are being led by local craft queen and ceramic artist Merrie Tomkins. Only $10 per participant, the workshops are designed for children, however big kids (teenagers and adults) are welcome to take part too – if spaces permit. Children under five must be accompanied by a carer – to help them with the tricky bits!

In addition, kids visiting the markets can have also their faces painted or enjoy a pony ride – not to mention play in the tree covered Dick Caplick Park.
