To celebrate VIVID festival, 360 Bar and Dining is set to host a one night only multi-sensory degustation on Saturday 3rd June, paying homage to the brilliant 'Alice in Wonderland" written by Lewis Carroll.
From auditory cues, to tactile sensations, visual illusions and the use of scent, the night has been specifically designed to make diners feel like they have fallen down the rabbit hole and entered a wonderland.
360 Bar and Dining has teamed up with innovation agency U Don't Know Us (UDKU) to create this fully immersive dining experience, utilising their expertise and insight in decision sciences to engage and heighten the flavour profile for each of the dishes.
Blending gastronomy with theatrical technology, Head Chef, Elton Inglis has crafted a unique six course degustation menu that will ignite each of the diner's five senses.
'Working on this menu has been an exciting opportunity for me to get inventive and experiment with new approaches that will challenge people's perception of what fine dining is," said Elton. 'Every dish has been meticulously designed to stimulate not only the diner's taste but also their sight, smell, sound and touch."
Diners will be welcomed into 360 Wonderland with a 'crazy tea party" extravaganza featuring a tea cup cocktail with quirky savoury creations like foie gras cone with bacon crumbs, followed by five interactive courses, each with a wonderland twist and surprise.
Each dish will also be paired with premium matching wines as curated by 360 Bar and Dining's award winning Sommelier, Andres Aragon.
With Sydney's glittering skyline and Vivid Sydney celebrations as the backdrop, this exclusive 360 Wonderland themed multi-sensory dinner will be held at STUDIO Sydney Tower, the city's highest and most iconic event space and is available to guests over the age of 18.
