beached az began as an online animation called 'Beached Whale' and is the story of a whale who finds himself beached on the shores of New Zealand. A passing seagull stops to find out what has happened, and so begins a meaningless, but hilarious conversation - how is this whale going to get back into the sea when he is 'so beached'?

Ian's mum dies and Donna is able to offer the most banal of platitudes that suddenly lead her to believe she is a natural counsellor. Karl bumps into Tanya in the supermarket and accepts an invitation to a little party at Tanya's house - which turns out to be an intimate double date. With him as Tanya's date.
