Three twenty-something housemates are trying to live normal lives despite struggling with unusual afflictions; one is a werewolf, one's a vampire and one's a ghost.

On first appearances things seem to be positive and 'normal' for the three. But as they do their best to live their lives as normally as possible, they carry dark and strange secrets and their 'other' world has intruders always threatening to expose them - on top of the usual issues faced by young people surrounding love, work and mates.

Ghost Annie ( Lenora Crichlow) is talkative, lacking in self-confidence and desperate for company.

Vampire Mitchell (Aidan Turner) is good-looking and laid-back, has the gift of the gab and an easy confidence with females.

George (Russell Tovey) is battling with his double life as a mild-mannered hospital porter who, one night a month, transforms into a flesh-hungry predatory werewolf.
