This prestigious humanitarian award is handed out annually to outstanding women in Victoria who have been nominated and noticed by friends, family and colleagues for excelling in living life to the fullest plus create a positive ripple effect in society, often influencing the lives of many on a daily basis.

This year the fine women selected by the panel has been culled down to six finalists and the winner will be revealed at an Award ceremony and fundraising luncheon on Monday October 17, 2011 at the Park Hyatt Ballroom.

The winner of this year's award will be announced at a fundraising luncheon and the guest speaker will be stunning actress Madeline West, instantly recognised for her recent role in 'Underbelly', Madeline will talk about her colourful experiences growing up; including being hit by a bus and refusing to let this dent her dreams of being an actress - she'll fill us in on her remarkable story and how she keeps positive.
