But the balance of power has shifted. Thanks to Professor Brody and his miracle vaccine, the uneasy truce has been broken, and the feline forces of the world have been provoked into an all-out global war. Led by the power-mad Mr Tinkles, the fury of the feline army is unleashed against humanity - and the only defence that can stop them is a canine corps of man's best friends.

When a rogue feline, Mr Tinkles, initiates a plan to strategically place cats in world dominance and leave humans and dogs defenceless against his tyranny, a crack team of dog agents and a loyal puppy named Lou are all that stand between mankind and slavery. Against this highly trained and organised army of mutinous pussycats stands a loyal but ragtag army of canine soldiers, led by a rookie Beagle named Lou. Armed with puppy love and loyal affection, Lou and his fellow dogs line up against feline soldiers, spies, operatives and secret agents in a fight for global domination.
