Elias Koteas (born March 11, 1961) is a Canadian film and television actor, best known for his former role as Det. Alvin Olinsky on Chicago P.D. He also appeared in Fallen, The Killing, and as Casey Jones in the first and third live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films.
