Parramatta will be transformed into a visual delight this Thursday to Sunday, with the largest urban art festival in the southern hemisphere, Chalk Urban Art Festival, taking place at Church Street.

Expected to attract thousands of keen spectators, the four day festival will feature a pavement art competition for artists from all over Australia, a mini chalk competition for the general public and interactive school holiday workshops.
