Chirashi Recipe by Sasuki
Ingredients:
45 grams Japanese Rice
15 grams fresh cut Salmon
15 grams fresh cut Kingfish
15 grams fresh cut Red Snapper
15 grams fresh cut Tuna
20 grams Tamago
15 grams Japanese Crabstick
25 grams Thin slice Avocado
5 grams Japanese Tobiko
Method:
Put the Japanese Sushi Rice inside of the bowl
Mould it into a round shape
Slowly place remaining ingredients on the top of the rice
Add garnish for visual affect
