This year, it's time to make a change and live a little! As the year winds up and the silly season begins, everyone is starting to plan how they will see in the New Year. Bimbadgen Winery's prestigious restaurant, Esca Bimbadgen, is hosting a disco themed evening where guests can boogie on down right into the wee hours of January 1st, 2012.

At 7pm, start the 70's 80's and 90's trip with delicious canapes and sparkling wine on arrival. A magnificent four course degustation feast with flare will then be served, the perfect last meal of 2011. As midnight arrives, cheese plates, and of course more sparkling wine to toast the New Year will be served.
