DANIEL K is a New Zealand label by Auckland native Vanessa Kim, based on the concept of simplicity and utilises fashion as a means of individual expression.

Vanessa draws inspiration from her travels, people and scenery and reflects her appreciation of beauty into this collection to offer outstanding, unique designs. 

From understated fabric prints on fine silk to using advanced technology for knitwear, DANIEL K combines comfort and wearability whilst remaining ethical and eco conscious. The label's knitwear is produced with revolutionary technology to provide garments without any seams resulting in improved mobility and comfort.

The DANIEL K S/S2014 range reveals an endearing play on colours and ombre on tailored designs; this juxtaposition of minimalism and vibrant prints, knife pleats and boxy shapes puts DANIEL K at the forefront of individuality in fashion.

DANIEL K showed at the 2012 NZFW New Generation fashion show and has since gone strength to strength. This September, Vanessa will be showcasing her first solo show during NZFW.
