The shortest of Disney's major animated features Dumbo, the adorable baby elephant who is delivered late by a stork to a circus elephant, Mrs Jumbo. After initially charming all those who see him, Dumbo's life is quickly turned upside down when it is discovered that he has large ears and as a result, is ridiculed by all of this peers. Ostracised from the rest of the circus animals, poor Dumbo is even separated from his mother, who is chained up in a separate cage after trying to defend her child.

Only brash-but-lovable Timothy Mouse offers the hand of friendship to Dumbo. After many failed attempts with the pyramid of elephants, it isn't until Dumbo becomes part of the clown act that he learns his spectacular ears not only make him unique, but also allow him to soar to fame and become the world's only flying elephant!

After trepidatiously indulging in a vat of booze, Dumbo awakens in a tall tree. Goaded by a group of jive-talking crows, Dumbo discovers that his outsized ears have given him the ability to fly.

The musical score by Frank Churchill and Oliver Wallace won Oscars for them both.

Families will be taken on a circus spectacular as Walt Disney's 1941 masterpiece comes to life with fully restored sound and vision.
