Ex On The Beach: Body SOS

Hosted by Vicky Pattinson

The wait is finally over as everyone's favourite Queen V is back! Vicky Pattison returns to MTV with brand new show, Ex On The Beach: Body SOS.

Vicky is on a mission to help 16 regular guys and girls get beach body confident, so tune in to see some incredible revels on Monday 22 January at 6pm, only MTV!

With the help of her squad of trusty trainers, Vicky will be teaming up with two lucky individuals every episode. Whether exercising for the first time or learning to love their bodies, these 16 guys and girls have 12 weeks to become their most body positive self. Expect a lot of sweat and even more tears...

Starting at Beach HQ in the UK, each individual has his or her own goal from weight loss to getting buff. At the end of their journey they'll get to show off their hard work to friends, family and partners at their very own
Ex On The Beach style reveal in Spain with some jaw-dropping results.

Vicky and the Beach Body SOS team will be addressing everything from fitness and nutrition to beauty and body positivity, proving that it doesn't have to be a New Year to become a New You.

Vicky's team of trainers include; Lee Constantinou, who was responsible for whipping Gogglebox UK's Scarlett Moffat into shape, Aussie bikini babe Shona Vertue, Tyrone Brennand, former Miss England and Britain's Next Top Model contestant Charlotte Holmes, Ex On The Beach alumni Joss Mooney, TOWIE's Charlie King as well as former Love Island contender, Rykard Jenkins, who is definitely not shy about showing off his body.

The
Tablet of Transformation will also be joining the trainers and the best glam squad in the biz to motivate all 16 individuals as they improve not only their fitness but also their positive attitude towards their body.

Tune in to
Ex On The Beach: Body SOS on Monday 22 January at 6pm on MTV to see who will be beach body confident in time for their reveal.
