Scott and Jess Hardy from Food@Eumundi are very excited. They've just received the news that they are finalists in the Country Style Country Chef of the Year Awards, which celebrate the talent and innovation of chefs throughout regional Australia.

In selecting the finalists around the country, Country Style magazine note that their emphasis is on seasonal local produce, cooked with flair by chefs who have made a conscious choice to make their way beyond the bright lights of the big cities.

And that's exactly what husband and wife team Scott and Jess hardy have done. With a wealth of experience, much of which in restaurants in large cities, it was the Sunshine Coast hinterland that called when they decided to set up their own business.
