Each October the Cancer Council holds a major event titled Girls Night In to raise money for women's cancer.

Girls are encouraged to get together with their friends somewhere indoors and donate the money they would have spent on going out to The Cancer Council for research, support and education.

One in nine Victorian women will be diagnosed with breast or gynaecological cancer, so the reality is it could be you or one of your girlfriends that hears the words 'you have cancer'. Help us change the statistics.
