The German International School Sydney (GISS) will open the doors of its leafy campus for their annual open-air GISS Flea Market on Sunday 26th May from 10am -3pm.
Flea Market enthusiasts will be in second hand heaven, from the wide range of stall holders selling their pre-loved books, games, toys, clothes, plants, wares and much more. The outdoor flea market will radiate GISS's eminent international and community vibe, a place for eager buyers and friends to catch up, rummage through trash n' treasure and treat themselves to German fare.
The GISS Flea Market is an opportunity to engage in environmentally sustainable practices by snapping up someone's old and making it yours! This one of a kind way to shop reduces landfill and provides bargain hunters with an ethical way to pursuit that much-sought friendly on the wallet item.
Soak up the Autumn flea market atmosphere, support a local school community while scavenging through a plethora of pre-loved treasures. Once the shopping is done, activities for our little visitors include face painting, while young and old alike can grab a bite to eat from the perennial favourites including German pretzels and sausage sizzle, refreshments and authentic sweet treats.
