Held on Wednesday October 12 at Etch Restaurant, Sydney, 6.00pm - 8.30pm and Thursday October 13 at 3 Weeds Restaurant, Rozelle, 6.00pm - 8.30pm, the Masterclasses will offer an educational experience, as guests learn how wines are judged, whilst the myths of the wine show judging will be dispelled.

The classes cost $110pp and will include wines, a tasting menu and structured tuition with Hunter Valley winemakers and judges.

On October 14, 2011, semsational, a brand new concept and fun experience, will have guests 'speed dating' their way through their favourite Hunter Valley Semillons, whilst meeting the passionate winemakers behind them. Discerning wine lovers will learn more about the serious but fun, fresh and crisp taste of Hunter Valley Semillon and how it is the perfect match with a Sydney summer's day.

Coast Restaurant, Cockle Bay, will provide the perfect backdrop for semsational on October 14, 6pm to 10pm. The event will launch the crisp fresh 2011 Semillons and showcase the varieties the Hunter Valley does best.
