Interview with In Stereo

Question: What are you looking forward to most about performing at teen Vibes Melbourne?

Chris Lanzon: It's always a good time performing in Melbourne! We can't wait to get up on stage and play our brand new EP to a Melbourne audience for the first time.

Question: Can you tell us about the experience of performing at teen Vibes Sydney?

Chris Lanzon: Performing at Teen Vibes Sydney was great, we felt really connected with the audience and everyone got involved for an awesome event.


Question: Is there an artist you guys are most looking forward to seeing perform at teen Vibes Melbourne?

Chris Lanzon: We're really keen to see our friend James Yammouni again! We did a song with him at the start of last year and are excited to see him do his thing. Hopefully he'll jump on stage with us for "Honest"!


Question: Which is your favourite song to perform live and why?

Chris Lanzon: It's hard to choose a specific favourite, but we just love it when the whole crowd gets involved and sings with us. Songs like "Let Me Show You" and "Bad For Me" are always fun


Question: Which is your favourite song to perform live and why?

Jakob Delgado: There are way too many to choose from! I think the three of us can agree that playing a new song is always refreshing and cool to play.


Question: Do you prefer performing live or recording?
Jakob Delgado: We love doing both so it's good that we get the best of both worlds. Its always nice to sit in a studio and let your mind work and do its thing in a result of a new song and we love playing for our fans. They're awesome.


Question: If you could have anyone, in the world, attend your next show, who would it be?

Jakob Delgado: We're very appreciative to anybody that takes the time out of their day to see us play. I think for the three of us, we would all have different answers. It would be so hard to choose as we look up to so many people.


Question: Which music/artists are you currently listening to?

Jakob Delgado: Ethan, Chris and I listen to all types of music from a number of genres. The list is endless!


Question: What or who was your inspiration to go into the music industry?

Ethan Karpathy: My family had musical ties, so I guess I just grew into that when I was young. For me, it had more to do with acting and performing arts, but I always did a little bit of music. Then, it became my number one.


Question: If you could collaborate with another artist, who would it be?

Ethan Karpathy: Justin Bieber. Seems like a fun guy, and his recent music is a vibe.

Question: What's next for you guys?

Ethan Karpathy: Only up. Continuing to work on new tunes, new shows, and new content for all our supporters!
