National Pop Recording Artist Justine Blazer always knew she would be in the spotlight. As seen singing for the NFL, NHRA, NBA, Madison Square Garden , Detroit Music Hall and seen on ABC, ESPN, ESNP 2 and FOX networks, entertaining has always been her passion. Born and raised in Detroit, MI (USA) she has always been involved in singing, dancing, and entertaining. Starting dance lessons at age 3 and voice lessons at age 5, these things have always been her passion. Her beautiful and powerful voice parallels her talented songwriting abilities.
A member of BMI, Songwriters Hall of Fame and ASCAP, and with her own company La Blaze Entertainment, Justine Blazer is an accomplished songwriter as well. Justine's music is heard on XM Satellite Radio, Sirius Radio and many other radio stations in the United States.
Justine Blazer is now getting ready for her launch of her titled debut album releasing this Summer. Previous releases included her debut single "Raining in the City" and her Holiday Album Just A Justine Christmas.
The Star Spangled Banner (the United States National Anthem) is a very common song for Justine Blazer. She has performed the National Anthem for countless sporting events including the Colts/Packers NFL game in Indianapolis, IN, the Pacers/Pistons NBA game in Detroit, MI, the Celtics/Pacers game in Boston, MA, the NHRA Fall nationals in Chicago, IL and just recently the Nets/Grizzlies NBA game in New Jersey. She thoroughly enjoys singing her Nations anthem. If gives her much pride to be singing a song with such meaning especially in today's world. She is proud to support our troops over seas.
She has starred in many commercials, radio jingles and articles. Justine Blazer also starred in a Jimmy Kimmel Live! commercial filmed in Hollywood, CA.
Justine's genre is very unique. Justine's genre is a mix of European Artist Anastasia, the soulful ness of Christina Aguilera and simplicity of Sade. Some of Justine's major influences are Celine Dion, Anastasia and Cher . Whatever she pursues, she puts her whole heart and soul into it. "I just live one day at a time do what my heart tells me. 1. How did it feel to hear your song played all over the airwaves? The first time I heard my song I felt I have succeeded and it gave me inspiration to do even better and make great music!
2. Did you have any pre-conceived ideas about the music industry? Not really, I just learned as I went along on this hard and long journey. However, I didn't think it was going to take THIS long and be THIS hard but it's all worth it.
3. Do you write your own songs? What's your inspiration? Yes, I write 90% of my material. My life experiences are my inspirations.
4. What music/artists do you listen to when you are not playing your own? Sheryl Crow, Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey.
5. What's next? Tour/Album/Single? My album will be released soon. Also I will be going to LA, NY and Nashville for promotion.
6. Was there a moment you contemplated throwing in the towel? Yes...almost everyday until things started happening to me.
7. Do you prefer performing live or recording? I like both for different reasons. Recording is great because if you mess up you can just re-do but it restricts me because I can't show people what I am feeling. However performing I can show people and well as sing to people what I am feeling.
8. What/who was your inspiration to go into the music industry? I always have had a love for performing and singing. It was always just in me from day one.
9. What is the biggest challenge you have faced along the way to your musical success? Earning the respect I desire.
10. What's a typical day like? Wake up, practice, work out, work on my songs, go to the recording studio, network on the internet, etc.
11. What has been your favorite part of becoming a music artist? I love the attention. I also love giving people advice about the music industry. For the most part I love doing what I have always been desiring to do and that's living my life as a working musician.

13. Are you single? What do you look for in a partner? I have a boyfriend. I look for unconditional love.
