The talented pastry team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth masterfully delivers an enchanting selection of world-class creations, with a decadent chocolate High Tea, chocolate inspired cocktail menu in Soiree Bar, as well as dedicated chocolate desserts in Garden Court Restaurant.
Guests are invited to enter a heavenly world of chocolat, featuring some of the finest desserts, sweet treats, cocktails and surprises that will leave chocolate enthusiasts truly indulged.

Guests are invited to fulfil their wildest chocolate fantasies with a handcrafted three-tiered High Tea. Indulge in a sinfully sweet surprise, featuring a Weiss Bassam dark chocolate tart, coconut crunch, Weiss Manatee milk chocolate rocher, mousse, Weiss praline powder and Weiss Aneo white chocolate & green tea chou.
The first 50 guests to experience this divine High Tea will receive a complimentary ticket to the Art Gallery of NSW's latest exhibition -The Lady and the Unicorn.

The restaurant's in-house pastry chef delivers an enchanting selection of artisanal chocolate desserts including Tartelette au chocolat au lait et à la figue, Soufflé au chocolat noir and Mousse au chocolat au lait, and éclats de noisettes.
