The images of the flooded homes and communities in Queensland have captured the nation's attention. People feel powerless to help. But a group of Leura business people and residents have joined together to hold a special fund-raising event from 9.00 am Sunday 23rd January in The Mall at Leura Village. There'll be a variety of stalls and activities for kids too, and the funds raised will all go the Queensland Premier's Flood Appeal.
