On Saturday 10 October the inaugural Live in Balance one-day workshop will take place at the Bondi Pavilion, led by Sydney fitness and yoga instructor Nicky Arthur.

According to a recent national poll, commissioned by Lifeline Australia, 41 per cent of Australians are experiencing unhealthy levels of stress, and a whopping 87 per cent of the nation is experiencing some degree of stress.

"People are finding it harder to cope with everyday life. Often there is major discord in our work - life balance," says workshop presenter Nicky Arthur.

Live in Balance is an interactive workshop to help re-program your lifestyle from chaos to balance and is designed around Nicky's philosophy that anyone can be motivated, inspired and challenged to make positive, sustainable changes in their life - they just usually need a hand to get started.

The workshop begins with a session of introductory yoga, tai chi and meditation to teach participants how to reintroduce balance, clarity and relaxation to their life. It then covers time management and goal setting techniques, plus the benefits of healthy nutrition and positive self-talk.
