Winter Skate Festival program will include:
Family happy hour: every Saturday and Sunday from June 2nd between 12 and 1pm there will be a dedicated family rink, free beginner lessons and skate aids provided free of charge
Twitter Time: all entry, including standard skate hire $17 after 7pm Wednesday - Sunday and everyday of the school holidays
Themed evenings: this includes Skate Date night on Thursday, Hot 40 on Friday and Ice Disco on Saturday.
Free Beginner lessons: they will run from Tuesday to Sunday night at 7pm, as well as four times each day on weekends in addition to the family happy hour. Four free lessons daily during the school holidays.


The school holiday program will include:
All of the above as well as Ice Age at Icehouse which has two shows daily performed by characters from Ice Age 4 and a troupe of eight figure skaters. The shows will be free with skate admission and will play at 10.30am and 12.30pm. Visitors to Medibank Icehouse will also be able to meet the characters and have their photos taken.
