Melbourne Cup is just around the corner and The Deck Sydney is hosting a Melbourne Cup Day luncheon overlooking Sydney Harbour from 11am. Exclusive to guests, you can take the reins on the iconic Carousel at Luna Park and enjoy breathtaking views of the Harbour whilst experiencing award-winning dining.

Frock-up for a Melbourne Cup experience like no other and enjoy a decadent four-course meal with friends and colleagues while watching the day's races live. Between 12pm-4pm, saddle-up and take part in a race of your own on the Carousel, exclusively reserved for The Deck guests.

The incredible four-course meal is specially curated by The Deck's Head Chef Michael Roper, starting with an amuse bouche of duck liver mousse, cherry gel, porcini salt and truffle grissini and complemented by an entrée of cerviche of scallop and tuna with avocado, lime crème fraiche and baby coriander. Indulge in a main course of slow cooked Wagyu beef cheek with herb gnocchi, buttered spinach, heirloom carrot and crisp salt bush and complete the afternoon with a decadent dessert of valrhona chocolate petit gateaux with hazelnut praline cremeuse, mirror glaze and caramelized chocolate disks.
