Waa and the Seven Sisters
Travel back in time and discover one of the Kulin nation's most beloved creation stories. Meet Waa The Crow, his many friends, and discover a world of legends in the story of how the gift of fire was brought to the Kulin nation.

Bunjil's Gliders
Can you help Bunjil the Eagle fly? Make and decorate your own Bunjil glider and learn how to keep him flying using only the air in front of you.
Time 11am-3pm

Find the birds
Venture through Melbourne Museum and search for as many birds as you can! Start in the wonderful Forest Secrets exhibition and find as many live birds as possible.
Time Daily, 10am-5pm

Birds of Paradise
Discover an extraordinary exhibition featuring 60 spectacular bird specimens native to the rainforests of Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and northern Australia. See the famous dancing displays of the birds-of-paradise and learn how Papua New Guinea cultures are influenced by the birds through ceremonial songs, dances, rituals, decorations and behaviour.

Last Man Standing
Experience the vibrant paintings by one of Australia's most important contemporary artists, Trevor Turbo Brown. Last Man Standing depicts the close connection Brown has with the animals of the Australian bush and features twelve large scale landscape paintings of Australian animals inspired by Museum Victoria's birds and mammals collection.
