The Art of Dining will be a memorable dinner that combines fine food and exquisite art, an immersive event creating a feast for the senses.
Five works of art by local artist Saren Dobkins will be exhibited around Mister Bianco restaurant, and each one interpreted on the plate by Chef Joseph Vargetto in a sublime five-course meal.
One of the five courses will be served in the dark, with the relevant art piece illuminated - producing a further sensory experience.
Each course will be accompanied by an expertly matched wine.
The event is in partnership with Art to Art.
The five course degustation dinner with matching wines is priced $99.

Guests will celebrate the life of writer, witness and scientist Primo Levi with a degustation lunch and dinner at Massi restaurant, hosted by food writer Rita Erlich.

Guests will enjoy a delicious degustation meal showcasing food and wine from the Torino region and inspired by the times of Primo Levi.

The events are the conclusion of a series of events 'Primo Levi: Writer, Witness, Scientist. Italian and Jewish Organisations Unite to Celebrate Life', celebrating the first centenary of the birth of Primo Levi.
