ModelCo has been awarded two prestigious beauty awards in The United States, a Women.s Wear Daily Beauty Biz Award and a Redbook Most Valuable Products (MVP) Award. These esteemed wins for the brand cap off a hugely successful 2006 for ModelCo with highlights including the launch of our debut COLOURBOX Collection, signing Elle Macpherson as the global face of ERASE THOSE FINE LINES and continuing to revolutionise the beauty industry with WOW innovations.

WWD BEAUTY BIZ AWARDS 2006

More than 100 top beauty executives gathered in December last year at New Yorks Four Seasons Hotel to give a round of applause to 2006 standout beauty brands, products, retailers & marketers and celebrate year.s best in beauty. Newcomers and stalwarts alike feted their contemporaries. efforts at the fourth annual WWD Beauty Awards. ModelCo was honoured with on of the most coveted awards .Best Newcomer Brand. which was an industry coup and the first time an Australian beauty brand has won a WWD Beauty Biz Award Award.

The WWD Beauty Biz Awards are the US beauty industry.s only business-to-business awards. They use a criteria based on retail performance, industry feedback, the success of a brands marketing initiatives and standout achievements within the year. The winners circle also included the likes of Tom Ford for Estee Lauder, Yves Saint Laurent, Benefit, Pat Wexler M.D Dermatology and Bergdorf Goodman.

REDBOOK MVP AWARDS

EDBOOK As one of Redbook's elite 2006 Most Valuable Product (MVP) Award Winners, ModelCo.s FLUIDSPLASH 3 in 1 Foundation has again received praise from international press. Following coverage in the magazine the honors officially came December 7th at the Bryant Park Grill breakfast honoring this year's full roster of MVPs . 32 in total.

The celebration, attended by industry influentials, saw ModelCo in winning company along side brands such as Benefit, Tarte, Lancôme & Dr Brandt with ModelCo.s FLUIDSPLASH 3 in 1 Foundation receiving specific praise from Beauty Director Cheryl Kramer.
