These summer holidays, get fit and have fun with circus. From 16 - 20 January the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) is running circus workshops for all ages and fitness types.

Circus provides a whole-body workout that improves fitness, coordination, strength and flexibility, while building confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

If you are a beginner the holiday program is a great way to sample a range of circus skills.

Classes range from children 3-12 years-old, teenagers 12-17 years-old, adults, and advanced.
