Fourteen years old Ben has just made a number of startling discoveries about his quite little home of Werrinup.

Like any teenager Ben thought he knew everything, but this is definitely out there! His new world is a place where friends, family and enemies keep slipping away to a different universe. Or to be more precise, parallel universes with different realities where everyone looks the same, but they certainly don't act the same. These universes have front doors and back doors, but you can never be sure which one you're stepping into, or how to get back to the one you stepped out of, and that's not the weirdest thing. Aside from learning his mother is able to kick intergalactic butt and freaky flying insects, in one of those parallel universes, Ben has an older sister!

Of course these discoveries are just the beginning and it turns out that life in Werrinup has suddenly become a whole lot more interesting....
