Expected to attract thousands of keen spectators to its new urban setting at Church Street Parramatta, the festival will feature varied and colourful pavement art, body painting, interactive climate change talks and children's activities.

Artists to showcase their talents at the festival include internationally renowned Aboriginal artist Garry Jagamarra; graffiti artist Glenn Purcell; animation artist Adam Celeban; digital art, furniture and jewellery designer Leeanne Ricci; and music journalist Marija Zeko.
