Peter Kuruvita's Coastal Kitchen is a celebration of Peter's new sea change lifestyle and local produce in the Sunshine Coast and hinterlands.

Having bid farewell to city life and moved to the tropical seaside town of Noosa, chef and restaurateur, Peter Kuruvita heads out to meet the community of passionate producers to discover more about the fresh local produce that has made this region one of the most exciting new foodie destinations in Australia.

Heading back to his kitchen, Peter transforms rich, local ingredients like spanner crabs, Mooloolaba prawns, macadamia nuts, tropical fruits, heirloom vegetables, native herbs and spices and more into a delightful array of dishes for any occasion.
