This weekend, Xtend Barre studios all over Australia present a very special series of events to help raise support and funds to find a cure for breast cancer.
This global initiative sees Xtend Barre studios host -Plie for Pink' sessions, classes where participants fees are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
NSW -Plie for Pink' classes will be held at: Alexandria, Drummoyne, Coogee, Manly, Mona Vale, Mosman, Parramatta, Sydney CBD
In QLD: Broadwater, Burleigh, Cairns, Newstead, Stones Corner and St Lucia
In VIC: Bayside, Essendon and Hawthorn
In WA: Alfred Cove, Perth City and Western Suburbs
Xtend Barre is a boutique fitness class that has taken Australia by storm. Its dynamic program includes barre, Xtend Suspend (suspended body resistance exercises) and Xtend Stick (pilates stick-based barre program). Xtend Barre helps women build confidence, gain strength and realie their incredible potential.

Xtend Barre, the largest international barre program, is launching its sixth annual Plie for Pink event at Xtend Barre studios across the globe this weekend.
All participating studios will, on the same day, encourage women around the world to come together and support the cause and the greater community of survivors, caregivers and supporters. Each Australian participant will donate funds going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Globally, Xtend Barre Studios raised over $30,000 last year alone.
Every day, women visit an Xtend Barre class and work hard, challenge themselves, persevere, and push through barriers. We know the hard work and grit that our global community of women put into their health and fitness journey. It is this collective determination and grit that will help beat breast cancer and XTEND AWARENESS.
