Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) gives you another reason why you should never skip it!
What is a Pink Ribbon Breakfast?
It's a fun get-together of friends, family, workmates and the local community to celebrate the achievements of breast cancer research and raise funds. Anyone in Australia can host a Pink Ribbon Breakfast in their home, workplace or community hall - anywhere that is convenient for you. We provide you with an information pack to help make your breakfast a huge success! Breakfasts are held in October (Breast Cancer Month) on or around Pink Ribbon Day (Monday 26th October)
This is the 7th year of the Pink Ribbon Breakfast Campaign and to date our Australia-wide hosts have raised over $10million for breast cancer research. However there is still much more work to be done with 1 in 9 women expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer by the age of 85. By hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast you can make a direct contribution to stopping this disease that affects mums, wives, sisters, girlfriends and their families.
