Reese Witherspoon is back and the tables have turned. Reese is utterly charming the 'Chelsea Lately' staff - a complete 180 from her last visit to the office in season one when Witherspoon and the writers didn't exactly rub each other the right way. 'After Lately' star Brad Wollack says, "It was nice to finally work with a famous blonde woman who wasn't yelling at me or telling me how ugly I am."

Heather McDonald adds, "Reese and I really hit it off being that our kids are about the same age, so I'm sure that a play date at the park is just around corner." All in all, the 'After Lately' crew adores the beautiful actress.
