From April 19 to May 2, Singapore will play host to the 13th annual World Gourmet Summit, this year themed Savour the Finest Flavours and showcasing sustainable dining spearheaded by Australia s Dan Hunter for the first time.
The emerging trend of sustainable dining places strong emphasis on the natural goodness of ingredients and the use of seasonal organic and bio-dynamic produce.
