A giant smiling statue of the world's favourite sea sponge, SpongeBob SquarePants, will be embarking on an Australian tour from September to November 2009, to spread his lovable optimism amongst his many fans - it's all to encourage Aussie kids to smile BIG and THINK HAPPY like SpongeBob - a simple, feel-good message in continued celebration of SpongeBob's 10 year anniversary this year.

Kids will also be encouraged to take part in the Happy Snap competition: simply bring your camera along to take a photo with the SpongeBob statue, giving your biggest, happiest, most Spongiest smile, then upload it to Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants website (Spongebob.com) for the chance to win a Nick Prize Pack. The top five Nick-picked Happy Snaps will also be shown on-air on Nickelodeon, during the special SpongeBob SquarePants programming in November: All new episodes Monday 16th Nov - Fri 20th Nov and the ultimate SpongeBob SpongeBash marathon weekend Fri 20th Nov - Sun 22nd Nov.
