Sydney Fish Market (SFM) will be extending its trading hours from 5am until 5pm this Good Friday (2nd April). 50,000 customers are expecting to come searching for a traditional Easter seafood feast. 650 tonnes of seafood are expected to be sold in the four day lead up to Easter Sunday.
