Kids Love Pies! In this class Melissa reaches every teen's heart via their stomachs. Melissa shares some old family recipes for a creamy chicken pie, a quiche that is a lighter option, and two sweet ones with fruit as the base - apple and berries.

Gingerbread houses are like small building constructions, fiddly, fun, and very Satisfying at the end! In this class Melissa gives us a few months run in before Christmas to practise and perfect gingerbread house making for that special time of year, these are colourful and delicious and make great gifts.
Remember that gingerbread is also a great way to make Christmas tree decorations as well!

Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! This isn't going to be just any cake. This class is about making decadent and finger licking good chocolate cake, and then it's about the super rich chocolate icing and finally lots of decorations and ways to finish the cake so that it is a triumph of chocolate!

When teens create goodies for parties, these days its more and more about Asian flavours, so in this class Melissa looks to the far east for inspiration. She will cover such finger foods as golden wontons,
spring rolls, which can be made in various sizes and delicious peanut Satay sticks.
