Former Home and Away Star Tessa James Launches Online Wellness Centre

Hodgkin's Lymphoma survivor, Tessa James, launches the James Wellness Centre at a time when health education has never been more important.

Tessa James is launching the James Wellness Centre on July 1st, an online platform where experts, health influencers and inspiring figures can share their knowledge and experiences on a wide range of topics related to health and wellbeing.

James' diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2014 ignited her passion for health, and she is now devoted to helping others become more educated about holistic wellness, using The James Wellness Centre as her vehicle.

"JWC is a reflection of my life, what I have been through and who I am," says James.

"I hope to share with people what I have learnt, what I will continue to learn, what's in our products that we create and what's in the products that you are using on a daily basis." 

James has already collaborated with recognisable public figures, including famous Australian model and face of Myer Elyse Knowles. Owner of Moana Bikini and inspiring advocate for body positivity to over one million followers, Karina Irby, will also be featured on the site in the weeks following the launch.

James has also contacted industry professionals from a range of different backgrounds to provide the most in-depth and reliable information to her community. This includes everyone from nutritionists to psychologists, to acupuncturists. 

"One of the most important things in our life is our health. Without it we have nothing, so it's important to know what we are putting in our bodies, on our skin, in our mind and what we are doing in our day to day life."
