Giorgio Linguanti of That's Amore Cheese makers, will share the delights of mozzarella stretching and shaping, while award winning winemaker, Paul 'Mr Pinot' Scorpo offers some hands-on sneak peeks at his current Barrel Samples - an exclusive insight into Paul's brilliant wines, from Pinots to Chardonnays. Finally we move indoors where chef and restaurateur, Mister Bianco's own Joseph Vargetto will wow the group with his take on a menu that cleverly uses the Sicilian style cheeses in unique ways.
