Subjects range from Beginners Moroccan, to Spanish influenced Peruvian, Crab three ways, Vegetarian Organics, Wood-Fired Pizza and Rare Breed pork. There are Teens and Kids classes during all school holidays.

Winter's chefs are from leading Melbourne restaurants including Hotel Sofitel, The Commoner, Sarti, Coda, Grossi Florentino, Cecconi's and The Botanical.
