The over-the-top DaVinci family from The DaVincibles has returned to the Seven Network, airing every Saturday at 11.00am until April 28 2012.
The series had its world premiere on the Seven Network in 2011 with the first 14 episodes airing and from this month will see the remaining 26 episodes air, completing their mad-cap adventures.
This -cartoon caper comedy' 52 x 11 minute series is aimed at 8-12 year olds follows the heroic exploits of the modern-day DaVinci family as they explore the world for rare artefacts to sell at Uncle Leo's Kurios Kat antique shop. Along the way, they cross paths with the world's most devious, yet questionably competent, super villains known as -The Society of Very Bad Villains' (or SVBV for short!).
Very dangerous and very ineffective, the SVBV will stop at nothing to defeat Pablo, Zoe and Uncle Leo. From their headquarters below a family style pizza parlour, the super-genius Quba and his SVBV constantly plot to rule the world - when they aren't serving pizza to screaming kids of course.
Armed with his special Spray Alive paint that can bring any inanimate object to life, Quba is after one thing: to make sure the world finally realizes he is the greatest artist ever. Yeah, good luck with that!
But the DaVinci's are invincible, because through it all, the family that digs up treasure together, and fights very bad villains together… stays together!
Pablo DaVinci is a cool kid who loves adventure. He has a good heart but his big mouth causes him loads of trouble! Zoe DaVinci is strong-willed, disarming and very persuasive. She is fashionable and cultured unlike her brother, Pablo! Uncle Leo DaVinci is totally clueless but comes through in the clutch. He is a legend in his own mind and faint hearted indeed!
