This exciting new style event brings company directors together with experts and advisors in a practical hypothetical challenge where a highly-experienced board receive their board papers from the company's board technology and risk subcommittee 2 weeks prior to the event.
This hypothetical board will then allow you to look in on the board meeting at which they receive a 15 minute presentation from the expert panel that advised the company on the matter outlined in the board paper. You will gain unique insights and learnings as you see the hypothetical board interact with the expert panel, questioning the panel before making their critical boardroom decision.

Graeme Samuel - Chair of National Institute for Dementia Research and president of Alzheimer's Australia and a board member of Aged Care Financing Authority. Graeme is a Vice Chancellor's Professorial Fellow in the Monash Business School and a specialist in competition and consumer regulation, communications and media, corporate governance, strategic planning and change management, public policy and dealings with government and regulators.
Lindsay Tanner - a board member of Covata Limited a global leader in data-centric security solutions, a non-executive director for Virgin Australia International Holdings, board member of the Australian Advisory Board for Canadian Steamships and importantly Chairman of the Essendon Football Club.
Sue O'Connor FAICD - an experienced Chairman, Director and business leader. Sue has served as a Chairman, Director and senior executive with ASX Top10 and unlisted global organisations as well as high profile government GBEs and not for profits. She is currently Chair of Yarra Valley Water and a Director of Mercer Superannuation, Transport Accident Commission, State Trustees Victoria and ClimateWorks Australia and an Advisory Council Member of the Monash Sustainable Development Institute.
