Step right up for some 'high day' fun at the Sovereign Hill Spectacular, on these school holidays, Saturday 21 September – Sunday 6 October, at Sovereign Hill.
Join in traditional (and often downright strange) 1850s fairground games. There'll be silly pantomimes, Mr Smith's camera obscura and a magic lantern show.
Impress your friends as you test your juggling skills, walk the death-defying balance beam and tackle the high striker. Strike a pose for a funny photo in a 'tableaux vivant', make your craziest face to win a gurnin' through the braffin' contest and visit a pop-up theatre to stage your own puppet show.
Archie and Uggy, the miniature donkeys, are seasoned crowd pleasers and there'll be a whole new menagerie of baby animals to meet, as well as all your favourite Sovereign Hill activities.
